As we saw in our first paper, minimum wage (or not having enough money) doesn’t seem to make many people happy. So are Pink’s ideas idealistic but not realistic? Pink makes the point that current rewards often result in narrow thinking by workers and that a shift in rewards that focuses on profits as well as purpose will make workers think outside of the box and be happier.
