The second amendment to the United States constitutions says  “the right of the people to keep andbear Arms, shall not be infringed.” So the United States is forbidden frommaking laws against keeping and bearing arms.  Most dictionaries define “arms” as “weapons and ammunition.”Thus, the government has no legitimate authority to prevent people from owninga weapon. So I should be allowed to have any weapon I can afford
